ivibet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and ivibet ("we," "us," "our," or "ivibet") governing your access to and use of the ivibet platform, including the website at ivibet.run, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and all associated games, sportsbook services, promotions, and customer support channels.

If you are accessing ivibet on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. ivibet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

To open and maintain an ivibet account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ivibet strictly prohibits minors from accessing its services and takes all reasonable steps to verify player ages during and after registration.
• You must be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of ivibet is legal in your location.

3 Your ivibet Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one active ivibet account. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, the same payment method, or the same device, is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. ivibet will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. • All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including transactions and bets placed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

ivibet accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50, and the minimum withdrawal amount will be specified on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.

ivibet does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited to your account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. If it is determined that a deposit was made from a payment method belonging to another person, the deposit will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or to a verified account in the player's name.
• ivibet reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya are typically same-day; bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take 1–2 business days.
• ivibet does not charge withdrawal fees, though your financial institution may apply its own transaction charges.
• Funds in your account do not earn interest.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ivibet periodically offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly at the point of offer. General rules governing all bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus abuse, coordinated multi-account wagering, or arbitrage strategies — is prohibited.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses have an expiry date. Unused or unwagered bonus funds will be removed from your account after the stated period.

• A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus through a second account is considered fraud and will result in account closure.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on ivibet — including slots, card games, live dealer tables, and jackpot games — are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems that meet independently audited fairness standards. ivibet does not manipulate game outcomes.

Players agree to participate in games in good faith and in accordance with the rules published for each individual game. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, connection interruptions, or other technical anomalies for financial advantage will be considered cheating. ivibet reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts where such conduct is detected.

• In the event of a game malfunction or server error, all affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

7 Sportsbook Betting Rules

The ivibet sportsbook covers PBA, MMA, and other sports events with pre-game and live in-play betting markets. All sports bets placed on ivibet are subject to the following rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform:

• Bets are only accepted and confirmed when acknowledged by the ivibet system. A bet that appears to have been placed but has not received a confirmation reference number should be verified with support.
• ivibet reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet placed at odds that were published in error or that resulted from a technical fault.
• If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum time required for settlement (as specified per sport), all pre-game bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned.
• For live betting, results at the time a bet is placed are not considered final. The official result declared by the relevant governing body governs settlement.
• Parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as wins. If one leg is voided, that leg is treated as a non-runner, and the parlay is recalculated without it.
• ivibet may impose betting limits on individual players or markets at its discretion, without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ivibet and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other point.
• Opening multiple accounts with the intent to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Money laundering — using ivibet to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Colluding with other players in card games or sportsbook markets for mutual advantage.
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate deposit-and-play transaction through a fraudulent chargeback claim.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ivibet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or underpaid odds for financial gain.

10 Responsible Gaming

13 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your ivibet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to normal rules and the remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after applicable verification checks.

ivibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• A player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• A player has self-excluded and attempts to re-register.

In cases of closure due to a breach, ivibet may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Balances linked to fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

14 Changes to These Terms

ivibet may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice on the platform — typically through a notification on the website or via email to the address registered on your account — at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required for legal or regulatory reasons.

Your continued use of ivibet following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ivibet holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of ivibet shall first be referred to our customer support team for resolution.
